Chimney & Brick Masonry

Thirty courses up a scaffold or one cracked joint at the firebox, masonry is where Tim started and where his hand shows most. Crowns rebuilt to shed water, repointing matched to the original mortar, fireboxes and surrounds laid true, and full chimney rebuilds that stand plumb against a Cape nor'easter.

Premium Decking

Outdoor living built for the Cape — composite and hardwood decks in premium, low-maintenance materials engineered to shrug off salt, sun, and nor'easters. Framing, railings, and stairs finished square and true.

Premium Siding

Classic Cape Cod exteriors — red cedar shingles, clapboard, and premium engineered siding installed with proper flashing and trim details, so the weathered-gray look stays beautiful and watertight for decades.

Carpentry & PVC Installation

The last five percent that makes the whole project — custom built-ins, wainscoting, crown, casing, mantels, and stair work, with tight miters and furniture-grade finishes by hand. Outside, cellular PVC trim, columns, and rake boards go on where wood would rot: no painting, no swelling, no soft corners after a wet Cape winter.
